Why Size & Shape is Short?
The Ayurvedic Root Cause Analysis
According to Ayurveda, breast size and shape concerns don't happen by chance. They stem from fundamental imbalances in the body's energy systems and tissue nutrition. Let's explore the root causes:
Vata Imbalance
Excessive Vata (Air & Space) causes poor circulation, dry tissues, and weak cellular structure. Result: small, underdeveloped breasts with poor elasticity and sagging.
Weak Digestive Fire (Agni)
Weak Agni disrupts nutrient absorption and tissue formation (Rasa & Mamsa Dhatu). Breast tissue remains undernourished and cannot grow or develop properly.
Pitta-Kapha Imbalance
Disrupted hormonal balance prevents tissue development. Inadequate Kapha (Earth & Water) results in weak structure, asymmetry, and lack of fullness.
Poor Tissue Development
Weakened Rasa & Mamsa Dhatu (primary & muscle tissue) prevent proper breast formation. Lack of nourishment leads to small size, asymmetry, and firmness loss.
The Missing Link: Nutritional Deficiency
Poor diet, irregular eating patterns, and improper food combinations create nutritional gaps. Without essential vitamins, minerals, and phytoestrogens, the body cannot build or maintain healthy breast tissue. This is often the hidden culprit.

What's Your Ideal Breast Size?
Understanding Body Proportions & How to Measure at Home
What is "Ideal" Breast Size?
There is no universal "ideal" size. What matters most is proportion relative to your body frame and what makes you feel confident and healthy.
- Petite Frame: Ideally 32-34 cup, proportionate to smaller body structure
- Average Frame: Ideally 34-36 cup, balanced with medium body type
- Curvy/Fuller Frame: Ideally 36-40+ cup, matching fuller body proportions
Different Indian Body Types & Proportions
-
Petite/Slim Frame
Smaller overall body structure. Ideal breast development focuses on proportion and fullness relative to frame size. Our treatment supports balanced development.
-
Average/Medium Frame
Medium body structure with balanced proportions. Most common body type. Treatment aims to enhance natural shape and firmness.
-
Curvy/Fuller Frame
Fuller body structure with natural curves. Treatment supports enhanced development while maintaining proportion and avoiding sagging.
How to Measure Your Breast Size at Home
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Get a soft measuring tape - use a fabric measure (not rigid)
- Wear an unpadded bra - or go bra-less for accuracy
- Measure band size - wrap tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under the breast (this is your band size: 32, 34, 36, 38, etc.)
- Measure bust size - wrap tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape parallel to the band
- Calculate cup size - subtract band size from bust size (each inch = 1 cup size: A, B, C, D, DD, etc.)
